| im home. it's mommy's day today! bro and i got mommy a nice present =)
later today i'll be watching LDT perform! i'm really excited considering it's been 2 years since they last came. theeenn, it'll be another couple of weeks before i head back to school to do lots of work. i'm not quite sure what i got myself into, but hey, it's all about the adventure.

| home sweet home. i'm home for break. thank gooodness. school is too much sometimes. this past week has been hell with everything academic and extracurricular. can you believe it's half-way through semester? things happen so fast.
life is crazy. that's all i gotta say. and i'm making a great attempt to sort my life out. it aint easy lol. my mind and heart are all over the place haha i just really need to sort out what i really want and what really makes me happy.
anywho...asian nite went really well! we performed singkil and it was AMAZING. =) i'm really proud of FASA, they did a great job.
great thing that happened this week: we had dinner at angela's house this week. it was the coordinators, plus bibi and sheila and it was an interesting experience. it was so great because everyone was so open about everything which i think that's how it should always be =) i was a little timid at first cause i'm not used to situations like that, but it was easy to feel comfortable. i'm really glad i get to work with the people i work with. they're great role models and they're so inspiring.

| so it's been about a month since i last wrote in this thing. nothing really new. life is just confusing. on a good note, i got selected to be an AMP coordinator! i was damn scared i wouldn't get the position =(. but it's aaallll goood. this week has been hell with all the interviews and such for new and returning mentors.
i went to ECAASU last weekend at yale university. it was kinda fun, the workshops were pretty cool. the food at the gala was pretty shitty haha. the afterparty was fun, despite the incredible amount of people there and all the pushing =) i'm now din sum according to the MACS haha. i was the only girl who wasnt a kappa, and vu was the only guy who wasnt a part of MACS lol so we were kinda on the outside, but we bonded which i enjoyed a lot. the macs are fun group =) they're really welcoming and chill unlike some others.
yesterday was valentines day. i dont really celebrate valentines day, i just want to feel appreciated. too bad i didnt even feel that. apparently, that's too much to ask for. w/e im a confused person haha. i miss my bro, he helps me out a lot when i'm stressed and confused. i cant wait to see him next week! |
